New clients looking to book our services can fill out the form in the Contact page, or contact us via email, call or text. We will respond back with a quote or we will reach out to get more information about the event. Once we are all in agreement with the quote, we will send you a welcome email with a contract and an invoice for the nonrefundable deposit. Please review the contract, sign and send it back to us. Once we have the signed contract and the deposit, then we can secure the date and time for your event. We will start to prepare and work on the design of the prints two weeks prior to the event. Kindly send us any invitations, text, photos or images that you would like to be included in the design. We will then send you choices of backdrop, props and print template for your approval. Final invoice will be emailed and balance will be due two weeks before the event. On the day of the event, please expect us to arrive 90 minutes early to setup the photo booth. If you have a designated coordinator or an event planner, please let us know and we will handle all the coordination with them. Thank you!

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We would appreciate if you can notify us of any changes or cancellations at least (30) thirty days prior to the event.

Yes, photo booth setup and breakdown are included in our packages. But we do not charge the time spent on setting up and taking the booth down. For example, if the rental time is from 4 PM - 8 PM, rest assured that the photo booth will be ready and operable at those times.
