Service Agreement

Snaptrend LLC – Photo Booth Services Terms & Conditions
1. General Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of photo booth services (“Services”) provided by Snaptrend LLC (“Company”). By booking and using our services, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined herein. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral agreements between the parties.

2. Booking & Payment
2.1 Reservation & Booking Fee
A 20% Booking Fee is required to secure your event date.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable and serves as compensation for reserving the date and administrative work.
The booking is not confirmed until the Company receives both the signed Agreement and the Booking Fee.
2.2 Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule prior to the event.
Payments must be made via Zelle, bank transfer and Company’s online payment platform.
A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions; alternative payment methods (e.g., bank transfer) may be used to avoid this fee.
2.3 Payment Plans & Late Payments
Clients who opt for a payment plan acknowledge that all installments paid are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation.
Late payments may be subject to a 5% interest fee per month or the maximum allowed by law.
2.4 Overtime & Additional Fees
After-Hours Fee: Events that run past 11:00 PM will incur an additional $200 per hour fee.
Additional travel, accommodation, and vendor-specific expenses may apply based on location and event requirements.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
3.1 Change of Date
Date change requests must be made at least 45 days before the event.
The new date must be within one year of the original date and is subject to availability.
To confirm the new date, the full remaining balance must be paid along with a non-refundable rescheduling fee of 25% of the original package price.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation request is made at least 30 days before the event, all amounts paid remain non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, Client is responsible for any customized products or non-recoverable expenses incurred before cancellation.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
4. Event Requirements & Client Responsibilities
4.1 Setup & Space Requirements
To ensure the smooth operation of the photo booth, the Client must provide:

Early Access: The venue must allow setup 2-3 hours before the event.
Designated Space: A minimum of 8’ x 8’ x 8’ on a solid, level surface, preferably against a wall.
Power Supply: A 110V, 10-amp, 3-prong outlet within 25 feet of the booth.
Internet Access: A stable 50 Mbps connection for instant digital sharing.
If these requirements are not met, the Company is not liable for service delays or failures.

4.2 Backdrop & Custom Signage
Clients may provide their own backdrops, but the Company is not responsible for setup/breakdown.
If assistance is required, an additional setup & breakdown fee applies.
The Company reserves the right to decline installation of any backdrops or signage that could damage equipment or disrupt service.
4.3 Vendor Meals & Breaks
For events longer than 2 hours, the Client must provide a full vendor meal for on-site attendants.
If no meal is provided, the attendant may take an off-site meal break of up to 45 minutes.
5. Damage, Liability & Safety
5.1 Equipment Damage
The Client is responsible for any damages to Company equipment caused by guests, staff, or third parties.
The Company reserves the right to terminate service immediately if guests engage in misuse, harassment, or disruptive behavior.
No refunds will be provided for service interruptions due to guest misconduct.
5.2 Safety Clause
If any on-site attendant feels unsafe due to intoxicated guests, threats, violence, or illicit activities, the Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately without a refund.
6. Copyright, Privacy & Media Usage
6.1 Client Data & Privacy
The Company collects email addresses and phone numbers for digital photo sharing.
Clients may request access to collected guest data but must comply with all marketing regulations.
6.2 Image Usage & Copyright
The Company retains a perpetual license to use event images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Clients may use event images for personal use only and may not sell or distribute them without permission.
6.3 Social Media Policy
Clients and guests may share photos but must provide proper credit to Snaptrend LLC on public platforms.
Images may not be cropped, filtered, or altered in a way that misrepresents the Company’s work.
7. Force Majeure & Liability Limitations
7.1 Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for cancellations, delays, or failures caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, power outages, or venue-related failures.
In such cases, the Booking Fee and all amounts paid remain non-refundable, but efforts will be made to reschedule the booking under the rescheduling policies.
7.2 Liability Limitations
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
The Company is not liable for lost event time due to power failures, internet disruptions, or venue restrictions.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
8.1 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through non-binding mediation.
If mediation fails, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in the Company’s principal place of business.
8.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the state in which the Company operates.
8.3 Amendments & Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
9. Agreement & Acceptance
By booking our photo booth services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Snaptrend LLC Terms & Conditions.
