How far in advance should I book?

For Q4 holiday parties and peak wedding season (May–October), we recommend booking 3–6 months out — those dates fill fast. For corporate events and brand activations, 4–6 weeks is typically enough. If your date is soon, reach out anyway and we'll let you know what's available.

Do you serve events outside NJ and NY?

Yes. Our primary service area is NJ, NY, CT, and PA. We also travel for destination weddings, multi-city brand tours, and large-scale conferences. Travel costs are included in your custom quote.

Can everything be branded to our company or event?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Print templates, digital overlays, welcome screens, backdrops, and the gallery portal are all custom-designed to your brand standards. No additional design fee for standard customization.

What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

Accepted Answer

We bring backup equipment to every event, arrive two hours before doors open, and have never missed a booking in 10 years. A dedicated day-of contact is reachable directly — not a call center. A Certificate of Insurance is provided on request.

Question 6

How quickly do guests receive their photos?

Accepted Answer

Digitally within seconds via text or QR scan. Physical prints are in hand within 60 seconds. For headshot stations, retouched portraits are delivered to each guest's phone before the event ends.
