With hundreds of attendees arriving during a limited event window, the activation needed to deliver a highly personalized experience without creating a slow or overwhelming line. Each guest's experience involved several steps: registration, selecting an AI transformation, capturing the original portrait, generating the AI image, printing the custom trading card, placing the card inside a protective sleeve, and delivering the finished keepsake. A typical registration process can take close to one minute per guest. At a high-volume corporate event, those additional minutes quickly lead to longer lines and fewer completed experiences.
