Snaptrend LLC d/b/a Snaptrend Photo Booth ("Snaptrend," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle personal information through our website, inquiries, bookings, photo and video services, AI experiences, digital sharing, and galleries. Additional notices may apply to specific events or features.

This policy explains our privacy practices. It does not transfer ownership of media or change pricing, package inclusions, gallery availability, or licenses under a signed services agreement. Event-specific service terms are governed by the applicable agreement. Nothing in that agreement or this policy limits privacy rights or consent requirements under applicable law.

Depending on the services used, we may collect:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, company and billing details, event information, and correspondence.
• Photos, videos, uploaded images, AI-generated outputs, and audio when included in a recording experience.
• Contact details entered for media delivery, selected themes, optional survey responses, and information submitted through event lead-capture features.
• Invoice, transaction, and payment-status records. Payment credentials are processed through the applicable payment provider.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, website activity, and gallery or sharing interactions.

Information may come directly from you, an event organizer, or providers supporting our services. Please provide only information and media you are authorized to submit.

We use information as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage bookings and payments, plan and provide services, create and deliver media, operate galleries, support customers, prepare event reports, maintain security, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Contact details collected solely to deliver event media will not be used by Snaptrend for unrelated marketing unless appropriate consent has been obtained. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe option, or you may contact us to opt out.

We may use third-party software, hosting, AI, messaging, printing, gallery, payment, and other technology providers to perform the services. Images, videos, contact information, and other event data may be processed or stored through those providers, subject to their technical capabilities, terms, and retention practices.

We may provide event media, galleries, and participation reports to the client or authorized event organizer as part of the agreed services. Identifiable lead-capture information is shared for purposes disclosed at collection, with consent where required. Entering contact details solely for media delivery does not itself authorize unrelated marketing by an organizer. An organizer’s independent use is governed by its own privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or safety, resolve disputes, or carry out a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. We do not sell guest photos or media-delivery contact lists to data brokers.

When an AI experience is selected, photos and related instructions may be processed through third-party AI systems to create or edit an output. Processing may include analysis of facial features to preserve a likeness or apply an effect. AI results are creative entertainment and may alter appearance or other visual characteristics in unexpected ways.

Participation is voluntary. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided or obtained before the relevant processing. Provider practices, including retention, processing locations, and use of inputs for model improvement, depend on the technology and settings used. Contact us for details about a particular activation. This policy does not authorize additional sensitive-data or biometric processing without any legally required notice and consent.

Media may be delivered through email, text, download links, or event galleries. Gallery availability follows the applicable package or services agreement. Permanent storage, raw files, and future restoration are not included unless separately agreed. Clients and guests should download media they wish to preserve before access expires.

Depending on event settings, media may be visible to the client, attendees, on-site viewers, or anyone with access to a gallery link. A gallery link may be forwarded, and viewers may download or share media. We cannot recall copies already obtained by others. Contact us to request review or removal of media from channels we control.

Snaptrend retains the rights it owns under applicable law in its original photography, videography, designs, and other creative work, as described in the applicable services agreement. AI-generated elements may have limited or no copyright protection. Ownership does not replace any permission required to use a recognizable person’s likeness.

Subject to applicable law, agreed confidentiality restrictions, and required permissions for identifiable individuals and client branding, Snaptrend may use authorized event media in its portfolio, website, social media, email marketing, proposals, presentations, brochures, case studies, and advertising. Where individual consent is legally required, we use a reasonable consent method appropriate to the circumstances.

We may use images of our equipment, installations, designs, backdrops, and setups that do not disclose confidential information or improperly use an identifiable person’s likeness. Properly authorized promotional use does not entitle clients or participants to royalties or compensation unless separately agreed. This policy does not itself serve as a participant media release. Contact us with promotional-use concerns or to withdraw consent for future use where applicable.

We may retain event media and related information for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, business records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup and security purposes, and authorized portfolio or promotional uses. Specific retention commitments in an applicable agreement or event notice will be honored, subject to applicable law. Gallery expiration does not necessarily mean all underlying files have been deleted.

We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds, backup cycles, and applicable provider arrangements. Provider-held copies may follow different retention practices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and services. No system is completely secure. Snaptrend operates in the United States; providers may process information in other countries. We provide any additional notice, consent, or safeguards required by applicable law.

Our website and service platforms may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, preferences, security, and usage measurement. Embedded or linked third-party services have their own privacy practices. You can manage cookies through your browser and any platform controls provided, although some features may be affected. We obtain consent for tracking and honor applicable opt-out preference signals where required by law.

Our website and booking services are intended for adults. Children may participate in age-appropriate event services with appropriate parent or guardian permission and supervision. A parent or guardian should provide contact information for a child’s media delivery. We do not knowingly collect online personal information directly from children under 13 without legally required parental consent. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been collected improperly.

You may decline optional information collection or participation, although some features require information to function. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to raise a gallery or promotional-use concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a denied request.

We may verify your identity and authority before acting and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. Requests may be subject to lawful exceptions, including necessary business records or legal obligations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. If we process information on a client’s behalf, we may assist the client or direct your request to it.

For event-media requests, include the event name, date, and enough detail to locate the relevant record. Where an appeal right applies, email us with the subject "Privacy Appeal."

We may update this policy as our services and legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for changes where required by law.
