For BNY's Knicks Celebration, the goal was to create an experience that felt energetic, personal, and worthy of the occasion. Snaptrend brought the photography directly into the event with a roaming photographer, allowing guests to enjoy the celebration naturally while still capturing memorable photos throughout the experience.

The Challenge

Creating something memorable without interrupting the celebration

With guests actively networking, celebrating, and moving throughout the event, a traditional stationary photo booth was not the ideal fit. BNY needed a photography experience that could move with the crowd while still giving guests something tangible to take home. They also wanted a special way to recognize executives and make their experience feel personalized.

The Solution

Roaming photography, instant prints, and custom trading cards

Snaptrend provided roaming photography throughout the celebration, capturing candid moments and group photos wherever guests gathered. Selected photos were printed on-site, giving attendees an instant keepsake from the event. For BNY executives, we created custom Knicks-inspired trading cards that transformed their portraits into personalized collectibles, adding a fun and unexpected element to the activation. The experience generated 124 roaming photos, 100 digital shares, and 186 prints, creating multiple opportunities for guests to engage with the experience and take a piece of the celebration home.
