An experience built for your event
Guests are photographed on site, then their portraits are transformed using an approved AI concept. The result can place them in an illustrated world, a campaign-specific scene or a collectible card design. This is a custom production, not a promise that every event uses the same filter or output.
For brand activations, the concept can support a campaign story and a branded takeaway. For conferences and corporate celebrations, the creative and delivery can be planned around the audience and event schedule.
Choose the guest takeaway
- Personalized AI portraits with approved creative direction
- Digital delivery through an agreed guest flow
- Printed portraits, trading cards or other keepsakes when included in the proposal
- Branding, prompts and physical output tested before the event
Plan the workflow, not a fixed speed
Transformation time depends on the complexity of the approved AI programming, the model, connectivity, guest choices and whether a physical item must be printed or assembled. We plan staffing, stations and queue flow around a tested event workflow rather than promising a universal number of guests per hour.
Share your target guest count, schedule and output goals early. We can then scope the experience and confirm what is practical for your event.
Production across New Jersey, New York and Connecticut
The right setup depends on the venue. We review available space, load-in rules, power, internet, queue placement and the event run of show. Setup and testing windows are confirmed for each event rather than assumed from a standard arrival time. Site visits are available upon request, and multi-day activations can be planned.

Creative approval, consent and data handling
Before the event, the client approves the concept and the proposed guest journey. Each activation plan should define any guest consent, what information is collected, who can access images and lead data, how long it is retained and how deletion is handled. Lead capture is an optional, approved part of a plan, not a default feature of every AI booth.

Frequently asked questions
Do you bring AI photo booths outside New York City?
Yes. Snaptrend plans AI photo experiences for events in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Share your venue and date so travel, access and production requirements can be scoped.
Can guests receive a printed AI photo or trading card?
Printed portraits, trading cards and keepsakes can be planned when they fit the approved concept and event workflow. The final output and capacity are defined in the proposal.
How long does one AI transformation take?
There is no fixed time. Creative complexity, model behavior, connectivity, number of choices and physical output all affect the guest journey. We test the approved workflow before setting capacity expectations.
