A simple digital station and a staffed, custom-designed print experience solve different event needs. The factors below are the ones that most often change a proposal.
- Service duration: more event time usually means more staffing, supplies, and guest capacity.
- Printing versus digital delivery: prints add paper, equipment, replenishment, and a designed keepsake. Digital delivery can be a lighter setup, but still needs reliable guest sharing.
- Staffing: an on-site attendant keeps the line moving, helps guests, watches the equipment, and protects the experience when the room gets busy.
- Travel and venue logistics: NYC access, loading docks, elevators, parking, stairs, venue rules, and the event schedule all affect production planning.
- Backdrops and customization: a custom print layout, digital overlay, welcome screen, backdrop, or branded gallery adds design and coordination work.
- AI programming and branded experiences: AI transformations, trading cards, lenticular prints, lead capture, and other activations require creative development and a more involved guest flow.
