Verified Snaptrend footprints
| Setup | Published footprint | Planning note |
|---|---|---|
| Open-air or glam setup | Approximately 8x8 feet | Reserve a clear footprint that does not interrupt food service, speeches, or the dance floor |
| Mirror booth | Approximately 6x8 feet | The full-length display needs a stable, visible position with room for guests to enter and exit |
Electrical and venue access
The current Snaptrend site does not publish a universal amperage or outlet specification. Confirm the venue’s available circuit, outlet location, and any power restrictions with Snaptrend during the proposal process rather than assuming a standard setup.
- Ask the venue where the nearest approved outlet is and whether it may be shared with another vendor.
- Confirm loading dock, parking, elevator, stairs, security, and freight access rules.
- Share the event room diagram and the time the team may enter. Snaptrend’s public wedding and corporate pages state that the team arrives two hours before doors open or start time.
- Keep the guest approach clear. A booth that is visible but not in the way will collect more participation and create a better line.
Give your planner and venue a simple brief
Include the reserved footprint, booth type, backdrop or print requirements, outlet location, load-in route, setup window, teardown restrictions, and the venue contact. If the event requires a Certificate of Insurance, mention it early. Snaptrend states that a COI is provided when required by a venue or corporate events team.
