Custom trading card experiences

Their face.
Your story.
One card.

An on-site portrait becomes a custom trading card for your team, event, or campaign. Photo-led or optional AI creative; physical, digital, or both are scoped for your event.

Beyond the photo booth

Make your guests part of the story.

A recognizable person inside a visual world made for your event.

We build the card concept around your people and purpose, from artwork and layout to optional names, titles, or campaign details. The result is more personal than a standard event photo and more specific than a stock template.

The possibilities

Not just for
sports fans.

Sports-inspired is one direction, not the definition of the experience.

Creative direction

Your concept.
Their card.

Route 01 / Photo-led

Keep it real.

Use the on-site portrait as it is, framed by artwork and details created for your team, theme, or brand.

Route 02 / Optional AI

Imagine further.

If it suits the brief, an approved AI concept can place the portrait in a campaign scene or illustrated world.

Neither route determines the takeaway. We agree on the artwork, approvals, guest flow, and physical or digital format in the event proposal.

How we plan it

Built for the room, not just the render.

Set the concept

Share your audience, goals, brand references, and which guest details might appear on the card. We discuss photo-led or optional AI creative.

Choose the output

Consider a physical card, a digital version, or both. We define the format and delivery method in your proposal, rather than assuming a default.

Map the guest path

Discuss check-in, capture, processing, handoff, and queue space against your schedule and expected participation. We review venue access, power, and connectivity, then confirm setup and testing windows per event. If AI or data collection is involved, we define the relevant approvals and data handling.

Good to know

Trading card FAQs.

Can the card match our brand or event?

Yes. Bring your theme, brand guidelines, and ideas for names, titles, or other details. We discuss the artwork and guest choices, then define the approved concept for your event.

Do the cards have to use AI?

No. The design can be photo-led, or an AI-transformed look can be explored if it fits the concept. We confirm the creative approach and feasibility in the proposal.

Is the takeaway printed or digital?

A physical card, a digital version, or both can be discussed. None is assumed for every event. The proposal defines the format, materials where relevant, and how guests receive it.

What happens when guests arrive?

The path from any check-in or selections to portrait capture and delivery depends on the approved concept. We review schedule, expected participation, venue space, power, connectivity, and queue placement. Setup and testing windows are confirmed per event.
